1. How often do we ship orders?
- Orders are shipped daily.
2. What are our hours of operation?
- 9am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. We are closed all major holidays.
3. Which credit cards do you accept?
- We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER AND PAYPAL.
4. Is there a minimum order amount?
- Yes, there is a $15.00 minimum amount.
5. When will my order be shipped?
- All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours once all items ordered is in stock
6. What if an item is not in stock?
- If an item is not in stock (backordered), it will take 5-7 business days for our supplier to ship it to us.
7. How do I know if my order went through?
- You will receive an email with your UPS confirmation tracking number. So you can track your order at your convenience.
8. Will I pay taxes on my orders?
- All orders shipping within the New York Region will pay tax
9. Is it safe to order with my credit card online?
- Yes it is! Our site we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption method to protect your data from third parties as it transferred over the internet.
10. Can I only order over the internet?
- No, you can call or even walk-in to place your orders with us.
